Refund Policy
At SetBasket, we want you to have a smooth experience purchasing and using our digital learning resources.
Digital Products
All products sold on SetBasket are digital downloadable products. No physical item is shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access provided after successful payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital file has been made available for download.
When we may provide assistance or a refund
Please contact us if:
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Payment was successfully deducted but the order or download was not provided.
• The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• You received a different digital product from the one you purchased.
Where possible, we will first try to resolve the issue by providing access to the correct or working file. If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, an appropriate refund may be provided.
Change of Mind
Refunds are generally not available for change-of-mind purchases after the digital product has been made available for download.

We will review genuine payment and download issues and work to resolve them as promptly as reasonably possible.
