Privacy Policy

1What we collect

• Account: your name, email address and a password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text).
• Orders and downloads: what you bought, the amount, the date and a payment reference from the payment provider, and which files you downloaded and when, so we can help you if a link fails.
• Reading data: which books you opened and where you stopped. In the free online extras (flipbook, Writing Pad) your progress, scores and stickers are saved in your own browser on your device, not on our server, and are lost if you clear the browser.
• Technical: basic logs (IP address, browser) to keep the site secure. We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and to remember your cart.

We do not collect anything from children. Our books are bought by parents and teachers, and accounts are for adults.

2Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI PIN or bank details go to Razorpay and are never seen or stored by us.

3How we use it

• To deliver what you bought (download links by email and in your dashboard), send your receipt and help you if something goes wrong.
• To keep the site safe and fix problems.
• We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services needed to run the shop (payment, email, hosting) and when the law requires.

4Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Write to email us with the subject "Privacy request". Orders must be kept for accounting, so we keep order records for as long as the law requires. If the website ever closes, we will delete the other personal data we hold, except what the law requires us to keep.
